By accessing or using Corral ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Corral is a contribution tracking platform that helps groups manage rotating savings, contributions, and financial coordination among members. The Service provides tools for tracking payments, managing rotation schedules, and facilitating group financial activities. Corral does not handle, store, or transfer any actual funds - we are purely a tracking and coordination tool.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and complete information during registration • Updating your information to keep it accurate and current You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others • Submit false or misleading information • Use the Service for money laundering or other financial crimes
Corral is a tracking tool only. We do not: • Process, hold, or transfer any money • Guarantee any payments between group members • Act as a financial institution or money service business • Provide financial advice or recommendations All actual financial transactions occur outside of our platform and are solely between group members. You acknowledge that Corral bears no responsibility for any financial disputes, losses, or issues arising from arrangements made using our tracking tools.
When joining or creating a group on Corral: • You are responsible for understanding and agreeing to your group's contribution terms • Group administrators have authority to manage group settings and membership • You acknowledge that group participation involves financial commitments to other members • Disputes between group members should be resolved directly between the parties involved
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The Service will meet your specific requirements • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate • Any errors in the Service will be corrected
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Financial losses from group participation • Disputes between group members • Unauthorized access to your account Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
